Missing Veil ... 14 Days to go

Last night I realized I had a dilemma. I was going to get my wedding hair trail this morning and needed to take my veil, but where was my veil? After numerous trips to the alterations store, and moving my dress back and forth from there to Brett's parents house to our house where had my veil ended up? Well we searched and searched and it appeared that it must be at the alterations store, it doesn't open until 10. My hair appt? 10 as well so I went in hopes of her not needing it. Somehow after all of my frantic searching we didn't need it anyway, I'm glad I didn't go too crazy looking for it! I met with George yesterday to coordinate the reception venue tables and get a layout. This had been the most stressful part. Trying to keep a dance floor but also make 120 people comfortable with elbow room to eat is a pretty taxing job. He had it already set up for a reception and so we went for a layout very similar so I could see it already set up. Yay, what a weight to be lifted. I feel so free now =) Brett and I also spent about 3 hours walking around the mall looking for gifts for people. As much as we both dislike the mall we got a few things out of the way so that always feels good. Now I need to do some wrapping and I can't miss out on this weather so we are off to the park with the dog. I hope my hair stands up to the heat because I could never get it to look this good on my own!
